How to Invite Your Team and Set Permissions in QuickEstimate
Start from a ready-made role, choose what it can open, then add people and send them an invite.

Here's how to invite your team, and choose exactly what each person can do.
First, open Roles and Permissions, and start from a ready-made role, like Estimator.
Tick the areas this role can open. Anything unticked stays off limits.
Deleting is a separate switch, so someone can edit without being able to delete.
Save the role.
Now open Users, and add a person.
Enter their name and email, and pick the role you just made.
Save. They get an email with a link to set their own password. It's valid for seven days.
