Your Proposal's First Impression
Instead of a separate cover page, every QuickEstimate proposal opens with a header that introduces your business, the client and the job.
Everything in it comes from your Business Settings and the estimate itself, so it fills in automatically.
What the Header Shows
Your business
Your logo, company name, phone number and address, plus the name of the team member preparing the proposal (shown as Consultant).
Set these in Management → Business Settings: step 1 (Details) and step 2 (Branding → Company Logo).
Job details
The sales date, Purchase Order number, department and install date, when you've entered them in the estimate builder.
Proposal To
The client's name, address and phone numbers from the Client step of the estimate builder.
Location Site
The site contact and address, if the work is at a different address from the client's.
Proposal title and scope
The Proposal Name, followed by the description of the work from the Description step.
Making It Look Like Your Business
Upload your logo
Management → Business Settings → step 2, Branding → Company Logo.
Pick your Brand Colour
Also in step 2. It colours section headings and buttons on the proposal (paid plans).
Rename headings
Step 3, Labels & Templates → PDF / Print Titles lets you rename headings such as Work To Be Performed and Install Date.
Write a strong description
The Description step is the first thing your client reads about the job. Use it to explain the scope in plain words.
