    Customise Proposal Branding & Layout

Add your logo, brand colour, package names and section headings so every proposal looks like your business.

Make Every Proposal Look Like You

Your branding settings apply to every proposal, PDF and invoice.

Set them once in Business Settings.

How to Set Up Your Branding

    1

    Open Business Settings

Click Management in the top menu, then Business Settings.

    2

    Check your business details

Step 1, Details, holds the company name, tagline, address, phone, website and Tax ID shown on your proposals.

    3

    Upload your logo

In step 2, Branding, use Company Logo to upload an image.

    4

    Pick your Brand Colour

Also in step 2. It colours section headings, the selected package's border and the Accept button your client sees. Custom brand colour is a paid-plan feature.

    5

    Name your packages

In step 3, Labels & Templates, Package Labels lets you rename the three packages (Platinum, Gold and Basic by default) and add descriptions. Turning on Multiple Proposal Packages (paid plans) lets clients choose between them.

    6

    Rename section headings

Also in step 3, PDF / Print Titles lets you rename headings such as Work To Be Performed, Materials Package, Crew and Guarantee.

    7

    Save

Click Save Progress. Open any proposal to see the result.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use more than one colour?

There is one brand colour. The rest of the proposal uses a neutral design so it stays easy to read.

Does branding apply to PDFs too?

Yes. Your logo, colour, package names and headings appear on the online proposal and the PDF.
