Copy Link gives you the same client link that the Send Proposal email contains.
Paste it anywhere: a text message, a chat app or your own email program.
Step-by-Step: Copying Your Link
Open the proposal
Go to Estimates and click the eye icon on the row, or click Generate Proposal in the estimate builder.
Pick the package
If the proposal has more than one package, select the package tab you want the client to see.
Click Copy Link
The link is copied to your clipboard.
Paste and send
Paste the link into your message. Your client opens it in any browser, with no login.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not when you copy it. The first time the link is opened, a Draft or Ready proposal is marked Sent and its validity period starts. Opening the link yourself counts too, so preview proposals from the eye icon on the Estimates list instead.
Yes. It opens the same client page, where your client can review the proposal.
