Why Keep Your Own Copy?
Your estimates are stored safely in QuickEstimate, but it's still smart to keep your own copy of important proposals, especially signed ones. You may need them for your records, your accountant, or a dispute with a client.
Ways to Save Your Work
Download a Proposal as a PDF
- Open Estimates from the left menu
- Find the estimate you want and click its PDF icon
- The PDF opens in a new tab. Save it to your computer or cloud storage
Print a Proposal
- On the Estimates page, click the eye icon to open the proposal
- Click Print
- Print it on paper, or choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window
Get a Full Copy of Your Account Data
QuickEstimate doesn't have a one-click export of your whole account yet.
- Email support@quickestimate.io from your account's email address
- Tell us what you need, for example all estimates or your client list
- We'll help you get a copy
Store Your Copies Safely
- Keep important PDFs in two places, such as your computer and a cloud folder
- Use clear file names with the client and date, for example Smith-Kitchen-2026-10-06.pdf
- Proposals contain your pricing and your clients' details, so keep shared folders restricted to people who need them
