    Proposal Guide

Generate and Send Your First Proposal

Turn a finished estimate into a branded proposal and send it to your client.

    From Estimate to Proposal

A proposal is the client-facing version of your estimate, with your branding, scope of work and terms.

You create it from the estimate builder and send it from the proposal page.

Step-by-Step: Creating and Sending Your Proposal

    1

    Finish your estimate

Work through the builder steps and check the totals on Summary.

    2

    Click Generate Proposal

This saves the estimate and opens the proposal page, showing exactly what your client will see.

    3

    Review it

If you offer several packages, check each package tab. Click Edit to go back and change anything.

    4

    Click Send Proposal

Fill in Client E-mail, From Name, Reply To E-mail and the required Message, choose which packages to include under Proposal Option, and click Send E-mail.

    5

    Wait for the response

The status moves to Sent, then Viewed when your client opens it. They can Approve (and sign) or Reject.
